Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information when required
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Portal
Use the Portal only for its intended purpose and not engage in any activities that could harm the Portal, other users, or us
Maintain the confidentiality of any project-related information shared through the Portal

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials available on the Portal, including but not limited to designs, plans, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of LivingstonAdams or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the Portal's content without our prior written consent.

Data Privacy and Security

Limitation of Liability
